I am sure there may be a few guys presenting themselves as women (beyond stupid trolls), and when I first came here I suspected a lot of the women here were guys; I just had never seen women be so open about sex before and I thought surely these are mostly guys. But as I got to know the people here, met one in person, talked to a number of them on the phone, had some send me pics that couldn't possibly be faked without the help of a woman, I couldn't come up with any names of anybody I would suspect of being a man.

An interesting question would also be, how many women here masquerade as a man?
