I'm sure it does. But I was in no way using myself as a referent. I know it's a bitch to make me cum. My skepticism comes rather from my experience making other women cum, some who were 'easy' and some who weren't.

The way I go about it is to use a combination of physical stimulation and voice, and count down to an orgasm. Then rinse and repeat, using less physical stimulation each time. Until you can count down to an orgasm (while the submissive is in a heightened state of arousal, given) without the physical stimulation.

At that point, you can start reducing the amount you count down from, I normally start with 10 then reduce it to 5, then to 3, then just warn them I am about to tell them to cum, then finally to where I can say "cum now"... and they promptly fall about laughing, tell me to get a life, and go back to painting their nails.
