How long is good sex? ( actual intercourse )

I'm a recently turned 49 yr. old man and have always wondered how long do most women like sex to last? I'm not talking foreplay, I'm talking the actual intercourse. I'm mean in my late teens and early 20's when I started having sex with multiple partners, the first time ( Unless I had a waste load prior ) was always very quick. I mean a minute or two. But, I could get him back up almost a/o and go again. I remember one girl I came 3 times in 45 minutes. Well I got married at 28 and the time increased as I guess I was familiar with her. We got divorced in my early 30's. Well in my late 30's I started to be able to last 10-15 minutes on the first time even after no masturbation for days. BUT, 2X was about my max for a night. So, ladies is it quality or would you rather quantity? Probably both but, what is optimal.

How long is good sex for you? If it's to long is does it hurt? Just curious. Now I'm nearly 50 and I can go 15-20 minutes on the first time. Have to be really horny to go multiple times without some rest.
