Eat your milk and cookies?

I dunk my cookies in my milk and then eat them.

My husband ( who has also corrupted 2 of my kids) crumbles his cookies in the glass and pours the milk over them and eats them with a spoon. That's just wrong lol

Dear God, that is wrong. LOL. I eat my cookies and then drink my milk. I don't dunk. I have issues with dunking. Lightning has dunking down to an exact science. He can tell you exactly how long to dunk a particular cookie to get the perfect amount of milk absorbed. It's twisted.

Crumbling in a glass is just not cool.

Now, I do remember doing crumbled graham crackers with milk poured over them for an afternoon treat as a little bitty kid.

I dunk some of my cookies. Then I let the excess milk drip off the dunked cookie onto some of the remaining cookies on the plate, making them nice and soft so I can scoop them up with a spoon. Eccentric? I guess so.

Must be an American thing, cause in England and Australia they seem to dunk their biscuits (cookies) in Tea or coffee.

I guess this has been another educational learning for me, on what countries do with their cookies

I'm with you Nicole, I dunk my cookies in something hot, either tea or hot chocolate. If I'm not drinking anything hot, I'll munch my cookies and drink my milk.

I hate hate HATE floaties in my milk. I don't like milk all that much anyway, so why ruin it with UFO's (unidentifiable floating objects) when I do get around to drinking it?

I WISH I could have played hooky to enjoy that rain. One of my coworkers was out in the middle of it and called saying she could now qualify for a wet t-shirt contest! *sigh* I, alas, am chained to my desk, so no such luck for me. Even worse, there are a ton of trees in front of my window, so I couldn't even see it fall. Lightning is out and about today, so I'm sure he got a chance to enjoy it. Weiner. I hate these desk jobs....

Nicole my mom dunks stuff in her coffee, but since I don't like coffee or hot tea I stick with milk.

it depends on the type of cookie but I generally dunk them in milk. Now if they are bite size chocolate chip I make chocolate chip cookie cereal lol.

Hey now. Just because you weren't born normal doesn't mean you can bag on my dunking ritual.

Oreos are the best because it's about a 10-12 count. Any longer, and you're left with remnants in the bottom of the glass... ewww. Sorry, Shy, but the cookie cereal isn't my favorite. If I have to spelunk and recover my cookie, especially double-stuft Oreos, then I go in with a spoon.

Otherwise, I like to dunk them to where they reach maximum absorption, and then melt in my mouth. It also helps to lessen the harshness of the chocolate wafers... I'm a stuffing kinda guy.

Okay, so maybe I'm a little... eccentric. Yeah, that's it, eccentric.

On a side note, has anyone ever noticed that if you're strange & broke, you're crazy, but if you have money, they deem it "eccentric"? I don't know. It just seems off.

Dunk mine in milk. But I think that is mostly an American thing, too. Relatives in Europe do the dunk in coffee routine.
