The easiest way is to use the attachment system.
When replying, scroll down to 'manage attachments' and click on the button.
Then use 'Browse' to find the picture on your computer. Open it, then click 'upload'.
The limits are file size 100k, width 800mm, height 600mm. You might have to resize it before you can attach it.
