How do you get a new theme to work on XP?

We downloaded a new theme, but it appears that you have to manually put everything in its place to make it work.... how do you do that?

Right click on desktop and choose properties.

On the theme section is a drop down box,choose browse. Its the very last choice.

Then hunt down where you downloaded the theme.

Save and you've got it.

Well piss, it says that it is missing a file

Download it again,it may have corrupted.
