I don't know. My flatmate is a gay guy. He says it used to be common in 'cottages' (mens public toilets) for there to be a hole between cubicles but public toilets are colsing down all over. He goes to a sauna where they have them. I've never experienced one. Always willing to be proven wrong.

I don't know about here in NJ, but in NYC there is The Eulenspiegel Society. Two of my friends (both gay, cis men) are in it. I think that a lot of their in-person activities are coming back after the pandemic. Good luck!
