My husband believes in reward and punishment as behavior-modification methods. Imagine training a smart dog. So, the best form of discipline is one that takes place over time, with consistent rewards and clear punishments to shape behavior as he wants to see it.

The most effective reward has been to link sexual energy with the desired behavior. And the most effective punishment has been for him to withdraw his attention. (He had already "hooked" me though with years of steady sexual rewards, vows and contracts, before he started withdrawing attention as a form of punishment. Otherwise, I'd have just moved on . . .)

Taking your weed away so you can't get high anymore, so you can focus and LISTEN, would be the best punishment I can think of.

OK, I often wish sometimes wish Sir would give me more rules and better enforcement of the existing ones. As it stands, the only rules he truly cares about are the ones that matter to him and I know when I've broken one of "his" rules.
