A good way would be to have a conversation on what turns you both on, starting at "the little stuff", like her jewelry or the way she walks, and increasing it to average stuff like the thing she does with her tongue, and finally onto "the what-if" factor... "I bet it'd be really hot if you would tie me up... what do you think would be really hot?"
Or, rather than wasting time with that frankly rather rubbish ploy (if she has a brain stem she should deduce that you more than bet it'd be hot to be tied up), you could, one night while you're both in the mood, just say "I'd like you to tie me up" and go from there.

Believe it or not, it may be a ploy, but it works, and opens up avenues for her to reciprocate as well. Starting small and working up to big is always better than starting big and getting a "WTF" look or an indignant laugh from "just doing it" that spoils the mood.

Since she likes to be tied up...I would think that she would not be adverse to tying you up (at least in the sense that she would not think your a perv.
