How do I still have "Virgin" status when I already have 3 stories up?

I know "virgin" is status is give to all of us when we first start here.

But I'm wondering why I still have the status when I have 3 stories published and posted on here already.

Virgin has nothing to do with writing. Its based on the amounts of posts to a forum. I forget how many you need to drop that, but its at least a hundred.

That tag relates to posts. You have nine as of now. I think it changes with 100.

PS - one way to get more views is to add a link to your stories in your signature

Yeah. The threshold changed earlier this year with the forum remodel. IIRC, there was discussion that somebody discovered it could be changed at any time, even with one post. Maybe not, but it's very low nonetheless. 10?

I think that is something that is automatic, unless you change it yourself. I don't know when the system changes it...But I know that I am the one who changed mine. I doubt the system put "Daddy Dom" in there...lol

The story side of this Web site is separate from the discussion board side. Your "virgin" status is only a function of the discussion board side.

So I looked all over how to do it and finally found that YES I can change my status from Virgin to something else myself.
So it's changed now
