This is my first post in this section, although I've been a Literotica contributor for some years now, and a regular visitor to the Forum. I've had nearly one hundred stories published here, and some of them have achieved 'hot' status. I'm puzzled about the outcome of one of my stories.
Recently, I wrote a follow up/companion story to a previous series I'd written which involved a favourite fantasy of mine: that of putting a totally vanilla celebrity into a fetish based scenario. It seemed to go down very well, getting some good reviews and the third chapter actually achieved 'hot' status. As a result of a couple of requests from followers, I decuded to write a companion story, which used many of the characters from the original trilogy. I called this story "Zac takes centre stage" and submitted it in the usual way after I'd written and edited it. My story was published on June 16 this year, and by now it has been favourited twice, attracted two comments and has an average score of 4.89. But it has yet to be awarded 'hot' status. It is my impression that any story reaching a score of 4.5 is awarded this honour. Can anyone explain why poor old Zac is being treated in this way? Thanks in advance for any advice.
