They aren't still resisting anything. Executive privilege was declared. No other action has taken place except on the side of Congress who continues to play political theater (their only mode, mind you)The recordings are no longer as important as they were before 6/27. The debate has greatly diminished the public’s need for evidence of president’s rapid declining mental condition. The fact that the administration is still resisting their release is further confirmation that the debate was not an isolated incident.
