Didn't mean to burst any bubbles. I honestly do not recall anything about a dance. Noto mention who said what half the time. I was having fun and couldn't absorb anything at al. Now knowing what was said. I will gladly hold myself to giving you that dance. My memory is the worst in the world. I still forget how to make some of the drinks at work still and I have been amking them for over two weeks.

Thanks for bursting my bubble this morning, Mr. Coffee. I got myself in trouble last week for saying someone "owed" me something and I learned my lesson. You certainly don't owe me anything. Clearly you don't remember me sashaying up for a dance a couple weeks ago and you declining (can you say crestfallen -- your expression was priceless) for the younger, blonder, cuter chick with the great ass. I mean, I can understand it......

Some of the folk from the Dallas meet a couple weeks ago are talking about meeting at the Renaissance Festival, but it's all very tentative. I'm sure we'll pull something together in the not-too-distant future.

After Imi (honary Texan) introduced me to "Jillians" in Atlanta, I found one in Houston. It might make a pretty good place to get together. (pssst. I still have Imi's guns. I'm sure my wife wonders what I'm doing with two toy guns hanging from the tool wall in my garage, but she hasn't asked.)

I wanted to make it to the Dallas lit-together, but my wife chose that weekend for a "girls weekend" with her friends in San Antonio.

I see some new local faces in this thread. It might be nice to meet some of them face to face. Houston32M, since you asked, your AV doesn't do a damn thing for me. But hey, I'm guessing you didn't plan for it to. And I can close my left eye and read your posts anyway. j/k

Hey texan how goes it?? Which Jillians u talking about?? There is 2 in houston. I at 10@610 and one in Katy Mills Mall. Not reallyt been in the 2nd one, but i KNOwthe first one rocks.

I was talking about the Jillians at I10 & 610. I didn't know there was more than one. I think a lot of the "Houstonians" on Lit live up here on the north side, but Jillians is a good place to get-together because there is so much to do. For those that aren't familiar with Jillians, it's what a Dave & Busters wants to be when it grows up.

Hell, if y'all want to get together up here in Tomball, just meet me at Deb-A-Ros. It's a traditional Texas style honkey-tonk. Their margaritas are only $2 every night. I'll probably be there tonight.

Yeah thats the GOOD one... the one in the mall aint bad but a bit smaller. Been ther a couple times for "work" related activities. They do have pool tables, games, and bowling as well. Got lot of stuff there to do.
