my house caught fire yesterdaY and i need some help. our only keys for my twin's truck wAs in the fire along with his wallet with his ID. What should we do?

The dealership would be able to make you a duplicate key. Proving you're entitled to it might be a problem.

Your Insurance Company can probably help you, they would have experience dealing with this sort of thing.

the first thing he should probably do is remember what was in his wallet so that can be reported as lost.

and.. sadly.. I've had experience with having to go to the dealer for keys. They're happy to make another. One cost me $75 - the other cost me $250
Now I drive a car that doesn't use a key.. that one will probably run me a grand
