I doubt the thread is done, but with hurricanes in Florida, typhoons in Japan and the rest of Asia (oh yeah, and earthquakes too over there in Japan), and a nasty hailstorm in Sydney, election fever in the USA and Australia, it seems everyone is getting distracted and posting has slowed down. Frustrating for me to wait for others to post, but I know that as soon as I start on some other thread to fill the time, I'll end up having to drop out as they always get busy again at the same time.
