I'm a little busy this week, but from the weekend I can start posting again. About time Veronica awoke to consciousness. Let's hop everyone else starts to jump in then. I noticed that HWA had a very good rating before, and the story idea is still a good one.

Sorry for the delay in getting into this, just busy with new school term and I have two essays to finish by Friday night as well for a course I'm doing.

I'd like to get back into Hot Wet Arrival as well, as I've really been missing it a lot too, & I suppose that since I'm the thread-starter...I better get it started again then, neh?

All the female crew members are back, the captain is still around, let's hope the rest of the male crew members start posting too.

Unfortunately it seems that Xenocide has disappeared. I sent a PM to him about his Dr Brian North, but he never replied. I think he's dropped off Lit entirely. He hasn't been on Lit since early February.

My apologies to everyone. I thought the thread must've died. For some reason none of the recent posts brought the HWA thread up as having any new posts in my CP list of subscribed threads. I kept looking for other threads to join but nothing interested me, so I've got way too much time to post. I was starting to consider dropping out of Lit at one point, and very nearly did.

Also - Captain, Brian the 2nd Engineer/cargo specialist is going to be back on duty.

Home: New England (A planet just a little smaller than Earth was, and was colonized by UK settlers in 2251)

Will was never popular or enjoyed sports. He mainly kept to computers and his books over the years. He became an expert in a number of the sciences, from geology, chemistry, physics, astronomy, and many of the other fields like that.

He never did forget about his computers though and they remained a pasttime so he has a basic knowledge of them. He has also shown interest in general ship affairs, thanks to his experience as a Senior Officer, and has been known to always have a voice in most matters and a good head.

He joined the fleet about 3 years ago thanks to the welcoming pay. He was the 1st Class Science Officer on the F.S.S. Highlander and was transferred to the ship just before it's latest mission. For the most part, he's spent the mission in deep freeze until they come across things of note, or when the 1st Class Science Officer on the Tien Fei was in the freeze.

Btw, Silvergirl, could you write in a post that "Brian North" collapses for some reason, needs to be put into cryo-stasis (or whatever it was we were calling it), so you're not waiting around for Xenocide_613 who has disappeared completely. (I hope he comes back )

Still working on getting caught up, you guys have a lot of writing for me to catch up on. It's good to be with such a fine group of RPers. Ones that have a sense of grammer and spelling But either way, once I'm caught up, I'll do a proper IC introduction of my character, and I hope we can have some fun.

Yep. It's a place of quality. I think there are two English teachers on the thread, so that must help. The rest of us use MS Word and cheat.

Your mentioning about catching up kind of makes me want to reread the whole thing, but then when I try it takes too long. Good luck and welcome aboard.

And Billy is in the game. Have fun people! Oh, and the reason he woke up was because he was disrupted thanks to the little implant he had. Thankfully, it didn't fry in a lethal fashion. It is basically a jack so he could tie directly into ship mainframe and save valuable time. Dangerous, yes. A prototype, yes.
