Hot Library Smut

Photography can extract a segment of the world so that we can see it isolate.

Working in an architectural office, I found those pics interesting on another level. Those were some beautiful (orginally spelled it "beautifun", I invented a new word :D ) rooms in those pics.

Good GOD! If only I had a house with a library like some of these and a kitchen to match? I'd be in heaven! :catroar:

Some really gorgeous architecture BTW. :) Thanks Cant

Oh baby! That's right, I'm making my way slowly up your shiny, red spiral stairs. Yeah, you've got the prettiest shelves...let me trail my fingers over your silk and leather spines, trace those gold embossed titles. Now I'm drawing one of those books slowly into my hands. I'm parting your covers, smelling that special, musky perfume of yours, and flipping through your pages.....

Oh drool.

I want to go live in the Rio library.
Been there. That picture doesn't do it half justice. It's one of the most visually intense experiences I've ever had. I think the guy who arranged the lightning in that place should be canonized.

Not nearly as exciting. . .but I was a librarian here for a while. . .

My god, it looks just like my high school!

I used to think being a librarian was a dream job. And I did, ultimately, work in a bookstore for five years, which was cool. Did you dig being a librarian?

It's nice when people really set their minds to doing something well. Every time. Or doing somebody well.

I loved it. I worked in that one sometimes, mostly in the reference department, but it was a 9 branch library system. My home library was a really old stone building that i couldn't find any pictures of *sigh*. I think I got hired because when asked why I wanted the job I said I love the way the books smell.

I was a children's librarian primarily--so i got to have all the fun, doing story times, and carrying on with the kids, and occasionally filling in at the reference department. I loved answering obscure questions for people. It's a shame there is virtually no money in it at all.

Librarians can be SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO sexy!

I so need to win a lottery just to have the sexiest library in the world made.
