Hitting the sexual peak!

I'm turning 30 in 6 days and for the past few months I think I have hit my sexual peak. If I knew turning thirty would be like this I would have been looking forward to this a long time ago! My husband is truly amazed!

Anyone else hitting their peak?

I think there is a lot of misinformation when it comes to sexual peaks.

For men, I think that it is a complete joke that they hit their peak at 18. Perhaps in terms of how long it takes to get an erection again after orgasm, but the truth is that in their 30's, men have much better staying power and understand how to please a woman better so the sex is always more enjoyable.

For women, I think it has more to do with understanding their bodies and feeling good about their sexuality than it does with a strictly biological factor. Women feel better about themselves, and this begins to increase their desire for sex and their enjoyment of it.

Just my thoughts, but enjoy it regardless of the reasons.

I wonder if men find that they have more control as they get older?

But I truly believe what I said. It's all about how you feel about yourself, and how you feel about your partner.

I still have sex 4-5 times in a day with my gf, and each one lasts a lot longer than when I was a teenager (18 of course ) Not bad for someone who "past their peak" over 20 years ago.
