There have been a few, the first big one after I joined was Ran257 who had a 10,000 view am pics thread and turned out to be a dude.

The first I remember was the Rambrat incident.

The worst I was here for was with a woman whose ex-boyfriend was threatening to kill her, coming online here and threatening her or worse, posting bad poetry.

I spent hours with her on the phone and eventually she agreed to leave him. It was heartbreaking.

I've lost touch with her.

This was the one that hit me the hardest, a lot of it happened on the board, but a lot of it was privately tragic.

For the life of me, I remember her real name but not her screen name.
