It's not a BBQ recipe but it turned out decent.

Season a chicken with salt pepper and about 1/8 tsp nutmeg per pound and saute' in half olive oil, half butter. When the chicken's done, add enough white wine to the drippings to make a half cup then saute' a minced shallot and about 2 Tbs. minced parsley in it until soft. Add 1/3 cup whipping cream and reduce by a third then whisk in 2 Tbs. butter to thicken.

Pour the sauce over everything except the salad . . . and the ice cream.

Sounds yummy Bear! I made roast chicken tonight....but with garlic and butter....
