Part of that "revise and extend" bullshit they start every utterance out with. The differences between what is said on the floor and what appears in the Congressional Record can be quite dramatic at times.

There were a couple of "Senators" and "Congresspeople" that in the past have made NEGATIVE comments about the troops were in Iraq


and were essentially told off by the troops!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These "people" came back and said they were SLIMED by the TROOPS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
