I was raised in a home where we didn't suffer abuse from anyone. Abuse invited certain and swift retaliation. When folks fuck with me I get them, and if I cant get at them I get their friends. I can make better use of a paper shredder than you can imagine possible. Or a drill.

Years ago I worked in a shipyard, and one of the employees was a nasty Puerto Rican Spic named Randy. Well Randy decided that he wanted my work bench, and took it. I didn't get pissed or crazy. I waited for opportunity to come knocking. And it came. Randy and I got tagged to rehab an old lifeboat, he on the inside of the boat, me outside with the drill. My task was to drill thru the old rivets so we could remove seats etc from the boat. I waited till Randy covered a rivet hole with his foot, then drilled a sweet hole thru his foot that bled like a stuck pig. He was outta work for weeks.

fully investigate conduct that may constitute sex-based harassment and /or sexual assault; appropriately respond to all conduct that may constitute sex-based harassment and /or sexual assault; and mitigate the effects of harassment and/or assault including by eliminating any hostile environment that may arise from or contribute to it.

E. Costs; and

You can yell at an attacker, to mostly no effect. You can try to fight back, but if the attacker is larger and stronger, you mainly suffer more damage. You can take the attacker to court and also take those who knew of the attack and did nothing. That last gets the message through and may well prevent more attacks.

It strikes me that the least they could have done is suspend him from school pending investigation.
Still, he could be the best Basketball player in the prison team.
