My wife friended her ex on FB and I friended my ex. Instead of us being jealous, we both kinda of get turned on by the idea of the other one flirting with an ex lover.

We have not actively flirted with ex's on FB, although we talk about our FB contacts all the time and I know which ones have seen hubby's dick, and which ones he wouldn't mind showing it to again. It's hot, and we have fun with it.
