sensation in the penis can decline from "abuse" just like any other part of the body. in another thread we discussed (briefly) how uncircumsized penii are more sensitive because the foreskin covers the head thereby protecting it from constant contact. circumsized penii, conversely, are always touching something and lose some degree of sensation over time because of it.
NOW THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT... you should see a urologist. this could be a sign of another significant medical problem and you could wind up with more than a piss-poor sex life. sorry if that sounds overdramatic but better safe than sorry, right?
