Stop self identifying as a "nice guy." Stop doing things that so called "nice guys" do.

Women do not like assholes although it looks like they do. What they like less than assholes are clingy guys. Nice guys are clingy. If you make them feel like you are "too nice" to risk hurting your feelings they will opt to not engage with you on a sexual level.

You think of yourself as a nice guy and it irritates women greatly. They wait and wonder when you are going to finally get the balls to actually declare your sexual interest. By the time you finally do (if ever) they have already decided to take a pass. Hanging around "being the friend" waiting for some woman to notice what a nice guy you are is rude. Don't do that. Friendship with a vague hope that something sexual might happen is disingenuous.

If you have a sexual interest declare it. You don't behave the way you do with these women with male friends. You do not pass out obsequious little compliments, you do not do them favors with no return you do not buy them thoughtful little gifts.

Be bold, open your mouth, talk to everyone. Act as if you assume that they might very well be interested until they indicate otherwise. No one ever sold anything without making the pitch.
