There's a famous quote, I think by a playwright.

It goes something along the lines of:

"The only two topics worthy of conversation are sex and death."

Can anyone remember what the exact quote was and who said it?

thanks

"The only two topics worthy of great artists are sex and death." Jean Genet.

In that vein, there's this quote:

"There's only two things you can be sure of, death and taxes."

Will Rogers (I think).

One of my favourite scenes from Meet Joe Black :)

Jean Genet didn't give me a 'ding' moment. Might be the place I first heard it attributed the wrong guy or the quote was a variation from his original. Thanks for putting me straight anyway.
