Trump is at it again. Wonder how long it takes to start the next and third defamation case against E. Jean Carroll. A recent news interview with a former DA said that this could wind up in the same courtroom, the same judge, as previously!

He opined that in this case the judge might see that the 83.3m decision was insufficient. When asked by the newscaster about what could be next, he mused that the judge could go back an issue the original injunction about not doing business in NY or - possible jail time.
