12:00am - Neighbors are having a party. I'm tired but I'm able to roll over and go back to sleep...I'm sure they will be wrapping it up soon.

3:00am - Neighbors get louder. Decide...let's take it out onto the balcony. "Did you hear about?" "ha, ha, ha" "What about?" "ha, ha, ha" 'clink' 'clink' 'clink'

Some of us have to work today and we have to be awake while we do it!

Well pacific, I know it's annoying when the neighbors are keeping you up, but is this a one-off thing, or is it a chronic problem? If it's not an ongoing situtation and they,re not pissing in your garden or trashing the place, I'd say live and let live - yeah it's annoying but hey, everyone needs to have a little fun, and so long as there's no mayhen or destruction, let it go.

That doesn't satisfy me at all...they probably get to sleep in. I have to be at work in an hour and I'm tired.

No, it isn't a one-time thing. If it was, I'd say no big thing and I agree with you. I'm sure it isn't the last night of sleep I'll lose. I've lost them before for the very same reason. I moved here because it was quiet and because of the schedule I need to keep. There are a lot of new neighbors lately. I'm also pissy because someone has been filling up my garbage can with their trash. Once, no big deal...I still had room to throw my stuff in. Now that's it's happened for the last 3 weeks in a row! I'm a little pissy. I pay the bill. Hmmm...that's interesting, the neighbors don't have a garbage can. I wonder where it's coming from?

Hot chocolate... I need hot chocolate and a shower.

Yep

I had a neighbor like that i would pound on the wall, the door, and then i would call him and play music and he would say stop that he hated that.

Put a video camera were it can see the garbage can.

You also need a good massage.
