Has anyone besides me ever "done the Forum"??

I just finished reading a wonderful book by Kathy Reich called "Death De Jour" In it, she wrote about cults. I instantly thought about my experience years ago with EST, now known as Landmark Education, ie. the Forum. When I was involved in it, I knew it was a cult. And it still is!!!

A lot of people in my family did, though I never did. Actually, the Forum went bankrupt and Landmark bought the rights to the name and the records but purposely let the methodology lapse so that the former EST methodology would subsume it

I was heavily involved in Insight Seminars (Santa Monica based) back in the 80s. It was described to me as the kinder, gentler, EST.

I really got a lot out of it.
