I'm asexual and have no personal experience with having a libido, dating, having sex, etc. However, most of my friends are allosexual, and so I'll just answer for them. My friends who are in monogamous marriages (and especially my friends who are cis and het) are slowing down their sex lives. Even more so if they still have dependents at home. A lot of my LGBTQIA+ friends still fuck like rabbits. I'm 38 years old, fwiw.
