Having been the object of a few racist comments myself, and my ancestry is even more mixed than Harris's, I do find references like this offensive. Like it or not, we ARE a multi-racial country, and many of us are culturally assimilated, regardless of our racial background.

There's a big difference between throwing "racist" around as meaningless term of abuse, and deliberately using blatantly offensive terminology.

Now I don't like Harris, I detest her, and I quite happily call her all sorts of things, but "It" would never be one of them. Now, Harris isn't on this board and I am, and I take that "It" a bit personally because something like that refers to me as much as to her, and I'd really appreciate it if you didn't do that again.
