What I had always heard is that you can become extremely discomforted and even in pain if aroused and unable to cum.

I always thought guys just said that so they could fuck me, but I have wondered if that is true?

I never thought of myself as malicious, though. I think a man gets hard way before a woman even knows if she is interested in sex with him. That opinion has been debated on here before.

My worst case of 'blue balls' ...

was in college. A group of us was travelling back to school after the winter break. We went to see Saturday Night Fever if I recall. The gals were staying in a hotel room, and I was sleeping in the camper shell of my pick-up. So, this friend claims that the girls are being too noisy to sleep, so she comes out to the camper so she can get some rest. Well, she was looking for more than rest, but less than a home run. Somewhere after rounding third base, she put the brakes on. I pleaded and begged and cajoled, but to no avail.

I guess it depends on the guy. It happened a couple of times in high school to me, but it wasn't what I would call "painful". Just....frustrating

Some of the posters have said that they have experienced "Blue balls", However I have not so i guess I'm not much help. However I have experienced painfull ache if I have cum too often in a short period, say 4 times in a 12 hour period.
