Dunno 'bout her, but I discovered it in the middle of the second "Volume" and have since hunted down all the issues as well as getting all the hardback collections (mostly because my wife became enamored of the series, but hates having to read it piecemeal and wanted to be able to read whole, complete sections). Another one that could, I think, easily crossover to either novel or movie or both....
