At the age of 101, ancient Al finds that he is unable to perform sexually. He goes to his doctor who is unable to help, so the doctor refers Al to a Native American shaman.
The medicine man says, "I can cure this." He throws a white powder in a flame, and there is a flash followed by billowing blue smoke. Then he says, "This is powerful medicine but you can only use it once a year. All you have to do is say '123,' and you’ll pop more wood than an oak tree.”
Al is overjoyed but also apprehensive. “Remember, I’m 101 years old. What happens when I get so tired that I need to stop?”
The shaman replies: "You or your partner can just say ‘1234’, and your erection will vanish. But be warned: It will not work again for another year."
That night Al is ready to surprise his wife. He showers, shaves, and puts on his most exotic cologne. After he gets into bed with his wife, he says, "123" and suddenly he becomes more aroused than anytime in his life, just as the medicine man promised.
His wife, who had been facing away from him, turns over and asks, "What did you say 123 for?"
And now you know why you should never end a sentence with a preposition.
