That doesn't sound so good. You need to post the recipes when you post about food.;)

I havent used a recipe in 5 years or longer.
Fishy, why does this freak you out?

Duh! :D

I, first off, am not a carnivore, and second off, if Spam were meat, which it might be but who knows, it would be the LAST meat I'd eat if I were a carnivore.

Freaky shit. Sorry, but the jelly is just enough to tell me to draw the line on this even if I don't even chow cow or whatever.

The jelly is a great sex lube, but I digress. this is about spam as the ultimate in food.

Yeah.. I tend to be wary of food cooked by certain people. My grandmother fed me a chicken and rice dish when I was a teenager, then informed me that it wasn't actually chicken.

Slice up spam into small cubes
Take 5 to 7 eggs and beat em
Chop up some onions, garlic, and tomatoes and mix all of em together

Walla Spam ommellette

And now the whole board knows why I went to bed last night with a tummyache...

No, I ate the wine & garlic spam that Bluesboy cooked. It didn't taste bad, but was too rich for me.

And NOT to give you any ideas....

but to back you up --

Savory International SPAM Cheesecake

Crust:
3/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 cup ground toasted almonds or pinenuts
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 cup melted butter

Filling:
2 (8-ounce) containers garden vegetable flavored cream cheese
3 eggs
1/2 cup crumbled tomato basil flavored feta cheese
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese
1/4 cup chopped black olives
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon brandy or 1/2 teaspoon brandy extract
1 (12-ounce) can SPAM® luncheon meat, grated

Topping:
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons sugar
1 (10-ounce) jar PATAK'S® Major Grey chutney, pureed
1/3 cup toasted slivered almonds or pinenuts
Assorted crackers

Preheat oven to 350°F. For crust, in small bowl, combine all crust ingredients. Gently press into bottom of a 10-inch springform pan or pie plate. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from oven; set aside to cool. Reduce temperature to 300°F. In large bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in next 6 filling ingredients. Gently fold in SPAM®. Pour into prepared crust and bake 50-60 minutes or till center is almost set. Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine sour cream and sugar. Spread over cheesecake and bake 10 additional minutes. Remove cheesecake from oven; cool to room temperature. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving, spread chutney over cheesecake and sprinkle with toasted nuts around the outside edge. Cut into thin wedges and serve with assorted crackers. Serves 24.

OH, and just to set the record straight, in case you're wondering, I have NO experience with any kind of sexual lubricants -- from food products or otherwise...

I have never needed them. :D
