They sure did, ask her about it. It's rediculous. Their unreasonable response, and imprudent application of the rules regarding "promoting other sites" just chases more people away.

Not to mention that they have never actually come out and said exactly what the new Pic rules are, they just seem to randomly censor some and not others. It's like trying to understand the reasoning of the Wizard of Oz, but he refuses to come out from behind the curtain.

If they want to tinker with the pic rules and make that wonky, I think it's silly and stupid but it's their deal. I could probably find enough other reasons to be here and tolerate that. It's a comical, hypocritical nuisance, but not really offensive.

I suspect the problem is quite simply storage space. If everyone uploads five different versions of their penis, it's not only boring (and annoying in my inbox) but ultimately costs money.

I could buy that if they most images were uploaded, orthey started limiting the sizes uploads. However, as someone who posts pics frequently, most us are using imgur, imgbb or postimage to link pics so that we can auto time out, or control from our own gallery. The only place I really see pics uploaded directly on a regular basis are in the meme threads.

Politics Unless your discussing with someone who totally agrees with you it's useless. Most people want the same thing and are either ignorant or stubborn with their opinion. Watch/read 2 different points of view on a subject, the truth is somewhere in the middle. Politicians divide us with minor issues so the real issues stay where "they" want them to be.
It's good Lit has a political board to post and flex your keyboard muscles. But once in awhile you get a stray on other boards. It's best to ignore that post and let it slip away.
What I think is hurting Lit are the moderators inconsistencies. I don't get why certain posts/ pics get deleted but other similar or worse stay up. Is it the mood of the moderator on that day ? Who knows.
The other reason " us guys " It feels women are tentative to respond most times except for the few women who I guess know how to deal with us. And we dominate most of the boards. At times it feels like a big sausage fest.
