Are there any proven ways to increase the distance of ejaculation? I've found ways to increase the amount of cum I produce but the only way I seem to be able to shoot further is by edging over long periods of time....any thoughts?
 
Simple physics, more pressure = more distance. The question is how to get more pressure. One, as you've found is edging, where you become so aroused that your body gives it's all when it finally gets its release. Another way is to tone your abdominal and pelvic muscles. A muscle that is well toned has quicker reflexes and strength. Start with kiegel exercises and do some research into other abdominal/pelvic muscle exercises.

You're still pretty young so you shouldn't have too much problem working with the edging. The longer you hold back, the more volume and pressure builds. I don't think the celery would do anything. I eat a lot of celery and I've never seen any effect even though that's not the reason for the celery. But then again, I'm old. I think the biggest factor is age. 50 years ago I could shoot several feet. Now this old grandpa is just a dribble. I think it's pretty much a factor of the condition of your prostate and overall pelvic muscle tone as someone else said.

I find that a lot of it has to do with timing. When I can, I usually try to hold myself right at the "crest of the wave," right before I begin ejaculating, for as long as possible. I also squeeze my kegel muscles/butt muscles, and when I finally tip over the peak and finally do start ejaculating, KABLOOEY!! It routinely goes right over my head (if I'm sitting down.) If the timing isn't just right, it doesn't quite get the same distance. Really the only way to nail down the timing is through practice.

Why are you going for distance? Trying to shoot the coconuts out of the Palm Trees where you are located?? ;) Just go for pleasure!! As I aged, I ended up with a dribble, and smaller load....enjoy your youth.
 
I don't know how much changing a diet can affect distance. I find that sort of hard to believe.

Also... I have never been asked to see how far I can shoot. Well, on the other hand, I can say I did try to see how far I could shoot... but that was a very rare occasion.

One time however, I can honestly say I had a real long shot. And I achieved it with simple pressure. Think of a water hose. Remember trying to wash a car with only a hose (and no sprayer attachment). In order to better spray (or scatter) the water over the car, you would put your thumb over the top or if there was no brass end, you would squeeze the top. Squeezing the end made the water shoot out with much more pressure.

The same is true with the penis. Try it.. :) I will add.. i think timing is also very important...

Curious, how does one track performance when "shooting" for distance. Why hasn't anyone brought up the optimum angle at which the peni (is 45⁰ angle best) should be aimed?
How are potential winning distances tracked? Pencil marks on the wall / headboard / hardwood floor?
