How do you do there squire, also I am not Minehead lad but I in Peterborough, Lincolnshire was given birth to, but stay in Peterborough Lincolnshire house all during war, owing to nasty running sores, and was unable to go in the streets play football or go to Nürnberg. I am retired vindow cleaner and pacifist, without doing war crimes (hurriedly corrects himself) tch tch tch, and am glad England win World Cup - Bobby Charlton, Martin Peters - and eating lots of chips and fish and hole in the toads, and Dundee cakes on Piccadilly line. Don't you know old chap I was head of Gestapo for ten years. Five years! No, no, nein, I was not head of Gestapo at all...I make joke.
Ah, splendid. A pacifist, window cleaner, football enthusiast, Gestapo impersonator with a fondness for toad-in-the-hole and casually blurred war records. Just your average Lincolnshire lad, then. Honestly, I don't know whether to salute you, report you to Interpol, or offer you vinegar for your chips.

If you want to watch the BBC you do as it is publicly funded, through a license by those who choose to watch it. You can watch whatever else you like free of charge.
That's not quite correct, in the UK you have to have a license to watch any live TV even if it's broadcast from another part of the world.

And it will get worse if the BBC has its way ( which it probably will being a Labour government )...
