Here's an idea...

I just visited the Corning Museum of Glass yesterday. I don't remember seeing any glass dildos on display but they have workshops there, I actually made a glass bead!!! (Yeah) I didn't see it on the list of things to make but maybe for the right price you can create your own personalized model. You are in NY, take a trip, give it a shot!!!
