Most I have found at Freeavatars.com, but I can't seem to access them anymore. I am really glad I went through a while ago, and saved a ton of them. I have a whole folder filled with just AV's.

Oh, and if I find a pic I like, I re-size it with microsoft composer. Write in any blurbs I want in em too.
