It's up to $368 and I only started this thread ten minutes ago.

ahhhhh shit!!!

I was outbidded

I'm very temptedto bid. But I know that if I did, then all bidding would immediately stop and I'd be stuck with it. Somehow I don't think its resale value would be very high.

Did you notice the handle of the high bidder? "scamspoiler" or something like that. I think that, maybe, most of the bids might be fraudulent.

Or not... ;)

I figure scamspoiler probablly put in a top bid of $1 million or something, then he'll disappear.

I hope if he wins and defaults she sues him. She's not running a scam, she's upfront with what she's selling, basicly nothing. If you don't want it, don't bid.

I once paid $10 for a doona cover (divet... what ever you guys call it where you are).

A few well chosen photos, a bit of HTML>.. This sucker sold for $132. Best profit I've ever made on Ebay.

Did anyone else ever see the Ebay Barbie? OMG she got heaps for that one!!!! I kept the link but it's dead now.... wish I'd copied and pasted the entire thing so I could keep it.

And the wedding dress.... it made the news... some guys selling it... his comments cracked me up lol

Just clicked on some of the bidders to see if there were any genuine ones and came across a lady who sells erotic photos on E-bay - an e-bay entrepreneur apparently. Some intriguing pictures on her member's page actually - hands up boys and girls who wants to pay to see more?

She expects people to pay MONEY for pictures of her wearing a bra? Show us your tits, woman! Take it all off! (Then we can decide if it's worth money.)

ebay really is a frightening place once you get off the mainstream pages.

Every wacko in the world is selling something.

True. I'm a wacko, pity I have nothing to sell...

I clicked on the cane link right before... (Okay, I checked out the girl in the bra first) and the damn thing's up to $910!

Maybe I should start selling things here. I keep getting those e-mails and you know those are legit...

;)

Q_C

Current high bidder in vtech911 who has a feedback of -1. Yes, that's less than zero folks. There's a promising sign.

Does anyone else remember the Grilled Cheese with the "picture" of the Virgin Mary on it? And people are STILL surprised?

I don't think 'surprised' is the right word. 'Mystafied' maybe, 'Horrified' definitly.

I agree, CD (if I may call you that :) ). There is not need for the losers to be so mean about the auction. A couple of the higher bids looked sort of legit, but now it will be a circus and the poor kid will be stuck with granddaddy's ghost forever... :(

I hope the seller sues. And I hope the ghost of grandpa visits the people playing with the bidding tonight while they sleep.

I wonder if I could sell my jinxed g-string?

Jinxed, in that, whenever you do a leg lift it slips and you wind up winking your snatch at the audience.

Shall I start the bidding at $20?

Q_C

$20,100.00...current high bidder looks real too....wow. I wish I had $20,000 to spend on helping a kid get rid of a ghost.

6 freakin' days left too!

Since the 'Wireless LAN-cable' has been done on E-Bay already ( :D ) I think I should try to sell a 'Mp3-rack' :D :D
