No, I wouldn't want to live for a 1000 years. Too many people to love and lose in that amount of time and I don't know that I'd want to be around to watch how things change in the world for that long either.

Yes, I would either way, for having that kind of love would be worth the pain that came later, I believe. It would be better to have a great love for a short period than to never have it at all.

I think it would be best for either spouse to tell the other what happened, it might cause a lot of pain and strain on the marriage, but if they really love each other and are commited, they could work it out, maybe even have a stronger relationship.
