While discussing the upcoming Senate races on TV, the weasel actually said Republicans will have to "steal" the election from the Democrats.

How's that for journalism? What an unqualified putz.

At best, a very poor choice of words. At worst, well, you know.

And anyone who responds with how the Republicans stole the presidency can suck my dick (if you're a woman).

Iraq + USA have similar systems of government?

Well of course he's a shill for the Democrats, Miles...good to see you getting up to speed on that little state secret.

And this just in on the concept of journalistic integrity in the USA, Miles... most every American news outlet all but advertises which side they're on, pally boy.

Perhaps one day your government will tell you why it killed JFK.

Perhaps sometime after that you'll be told why it was necessary to "adjust" the presidential erections as well.

Hmmmmm...maybe Dubya and Saddam could get along after all.

His new show is completely biased to the left....no balance at all.....then they bring in George Will....and the other three at the table beat the shit out of him....like tag team on WWE

so much for objective journalism

BTW....I think he goes both ways

i just saw that segment and isn't that the way the political reporter usually talks about that issue?

both sides want to have the majority so they try to steal seats from the other side, right?

Lance, you're full of shit.

The press is becoming Balkanized, much like America.

With the advent of the net, people don't see eye to eye because they read what is tailored to them socially, economically, and culturally.

I do not know which is worse, but I do not want to back to the days of the big two or three or four media giants dictating the day's news.

In the mind of a thief...everyone steals...in the mind of a liar...everyone lies... just shows where his mind is...

No, I don't think so Miles, but thanks for your usual level of discussion and insight into the issues you've raised. Your taste for the blue pill shines through yet again.

Redwave has a good point in his war demonstration thread as well.

While American media has tremendous reach and is very slick, it's clearly biased in favour of the ruling class and its bipartisan battle to dine off your tax dollars while keeping the citizenry (relatively) docile via infotainment. What credible "news" sources you do have are obviously biased to anyone but the most naive viewer, from the NY Times to the WSJ to CNN.

Though the tactics differ, other repressive regimes do the same thing. In the US it's done with consumer goods and fatty foods, but the end game is the same.

Georgey Boy is today's Carville....the out of power shill.

"You take the blue pill, the story ends.
You wake up in your bed and believe whatever you want to believe. You take the red pill, you stay in wonderland.
And, I show you how deep the rabbit hole goes."
