Stretch marks, aka 'tiger stripes'~

Lots of women have them,
Most of us try to hide them,
But it turns out that some men actually like them - who knew?!

Breasts, belly, bum and thighs, does it make a difference where they are? Does it matter how they were acquired? Does it make her more or less attractive, or are they not on your radar?

Tell us, if you will, what are your thoughts on stretch marks on a woman's body?

(Feel free to posts pics; you know we all like our visual aids! ;))

I love them. They are a glimpse of the real woman and her life behind the mask of social makeup. My wife had an appendectomy scar when i first met her. Now she has stretch marks from carrying our children, scars from surgeries, and other various marks of perfection that I adore. She is reality, and reality is sexy. I don't like photo shopped pictures that hide the perfection of women.

An early girl friend - the first girl who I saw naked...

She had them on her hips, her bottom and her inner thighs. I found them sexy. I loved tracing them with my tongue.

I've never had anyone bothered by my stretch marks. I have them on my breasts, my hips and a few on my inner thighs. Idk anyone has even noticed them. Most notice that I don't have any on my belly despite having kids. The ones on my breasts are noticeable but I'm sure that by the time they're feeling my breasts the last thing on a person's mind are my stretch marks.

I'm curious, though, to hear if it's kind of a desirable trait to some rather than benign.

Yes, very desirable. Why just the other day I used my fingertips to trace the stretch mark ripples on a woman's breasts. She seemed surprised that I found them so attractive. I love them on breasts and hips/thighs/butts, but not on stomachs for some reason.

Never heard them called that before, but it is appropriate.

They have never bothered me. I don't mind seeing them and certainly not a turn off.

I don't find them either attractive or unattractive. They are simply another feature that makes a lover unique, like birthmarks or the color of her hair.

I only know my wife's. And adore them because it's our story as baby makers. I guess that if I were ever with another woman I would like them and endeavour to help her feel good about them, just as a part of my attending to her and ratcheting up her arousal. That’s my game and pleasure in women, not some vain pursuit of some supposed unblemished perfection. The real is the sexy!

Fully agree! Real women are the sexiest of all creatures and the presence of stretch marks are simply indicators of a real woman who has had a real life.

Own your body. Be confident. Know that stretch marks are part of life, and that they don't define you...you are who you are, and are sexy, attractive, and wanted!

That's the summary lol

This seems like the perfect place to repeat something I've said in other places here: with any lover I've ever had, the best thing about her body was that it was attached to HER. It's uniquely hers and thus fully important in all its details. Another way to put this is that we make love WITH our bodies and not TO them.

You said what I was attempting to, but far more eloquently. Well done.

No problem...

My dame has one boob, lost 75# by diet and exercise, wont wear a dress. I take her everywhere; dont give a damn about stretch marks or any of that silly stuff. Look at her character; is she frisky, fun, engaging?

Never bothered me. It is all part of her being a woman. The problem is if it effects her self esteem and her sense of how beautiful she really is.

My wife has stretch marks from pregnancies, C-section scars, an appendectomy scar, hysterectomy scar, scars from several "tuneups" on genital and urinary system parts, and scars from excising melanomas. (of course they try to hide some scars along the path of others)

I've got scars from cervical spine surgeries, ankle and knee surgeries, and a few excised melanomas of my own.

None of it bothers either of us and as far as we're concerned we're both as hot as the day we met.

You guys are awesome. :rose: Seriously, I'm tearing up.

Where are the ladies? They need to see this.

Wow never heard them called that but I never got bothered by them (not that it should) but I accept and appreciates a woman's body so bring on the tiger strips lol

You mean awesome lightning tattoos? They most definitely do not make a woman less attractive in my book. Hell, I have a few myself. Badges of honor I say, whether it's from having a baby or just wear and tear from growing into yourself during your many successful trips around our star. Nothing to ever, EVER, be ashamed of. :) And for anybody who finds them gross, well nobody really needs that kind of shallow negativity in their lives. Kick 'em to the curb.

I'd like to point out to the women on this thread that men get stretch marks too. Especially if they had any kind of growth spurt, or gained lost weight or muscle

And the ones who have laughed a lot have deep wrinkles all round their choppers
