Not hidden, but it's a very time consuming process to reduce a story to an audio book. I can't imagine you will have much luck finding anything. But you can try google, seems to work for lots of folks.

Have you checked the audio books section at Amazon? There are many gay erotica books and short story compendiums over there, perhaps some have been produced as audio books too...

Also a quick google search turned up gay audio erotica over at audible.com too.

Not so much audio books (who has the time, I gotta work in the morning) as the sort of stories you find here in the audio stories section. I think there's one or two gay ones, but that doesn't even begin to satisfy my appetite!
