There is a simple solution to this. I actually did it one time and it worked. Find a rock big enough to fit comfortably in your fists. Write #1 with an permanent marker on the rock and give it to one of the preachers. Don't say a word. You can wait for him to say something or just walk away. Your choice.

I remember those guys when I was in college...it was especially funny because where I was, the college population was pretty liberal and people would directly challenge them and beat them at their own game...but still every year when it got warm out there they were again. It was kind of like watching a circus side show.

I have an uncle who used to say, "My right to swing my fist, stops at your face." Well their right to hate speech should stop at singling out specific individuals and humiliating them.

Hate speech is stupid. It's open to interpretation which should never be the case with restricting speech. There obviously have to be some restrictions for public safety but those lines can be clearly drawn. Anything else should be allowed.
The consequences are the speakers own problem.

Did you hear anyone single them out and verbal abusing, humiliating them right back. Was that hate speech too? Please don't tell me the people around the jerks remained completely silent.
