Being the N°3 many times, I have only been with strangers. Never friends.

But those strangers all became good friends. And many still are to this day.

At least two couples told me they preferred I was a stranger. But also wanted to build a friendship over time. The sex got better the longer we knew each other and the more relaxed we all became.

To each their own. And having a wife (or husband) who's screwing around isn't necessarily the worst thing in the world. Monogamy is certainly not the end all & be all. It takes a big heart & lotta love to let your partner be sexually free. Kudos to spouses who recognize & accept their partner's exceptional sexuality.

I prefer a partner where I don't have to get regular STD testing.

Apparently I'm taking over this thread... LOL. I just want to add... my husband doesn't "get off" from my extramarital activities. In fact, he doesn't want to know any details. But I can tell he's happy for me. And honestly I think he's relieved that he's no longer holding me back, just because he can't & isn't interested in sex anymore. He thinks the world of me, & I'm committed to him. Unfortunately he isn't down with me taking on a 2nd husband, though... maybe in another lifetime.

I am curious as to what other people think about this, when I met the women who would eventually be my wife we were both virgins. A couple of years into our marriage we had a threesome with my best friend that I had known since school and he was also the best man at our wedding. Since then my wife has had a number of sexual encounters with other men whom we barely knew. Sometimes I can be remembering the time I watched my best friend shag my wife and get horny at the thought but as for the other men it just doesn’t work for me. So my question is watching a friend shag your wife is it more exciting than watching someone you know but not very well shagging her.
