Well, to me, and maybe you are already doing this, there is nothing that turns me on (and many others), more than some good old dirty talk. The filthier, the better.

Of course, that talk shouldn't stop once he penetrates you...oh hell, I'm getting hard just thinking about it.

Regardless of the specific things you're doing in foreplay, one way to add intensity is to periodically back off and let your bodies settle down a bit. Think of your state of arousal in terms of a scale from 1 to 10, where 10 is orgasm. Bring your partner up to about a level of 5 and then back off. Next, bring him or her up to 6 or so and back off again. Once you think your partner is at an 8 or so, continually back off and return him or her to that level a few times. Finally, go for the gold and I assure you that the results will be award-winning.

Well, introduce a few toys if you aren't already. Many people seem to think that using sex toys means they aren't able to satisfy their partner by themselves, but this just isn't the case. Sex toys are fun, that's why they're called TOYS!
