A cappela(sp?) is magical on it's own. Notice I said 'or' Jimmyjam? No instruments needed in the presence of a voice... but there's also something to be said about piano/guitar play sans voice too.

Well, I don't play piano or guitar. Best I could arrange is a clarinet or saxophone, or maybe a tin whistle. But I do have a library of music on my computer suitable to accompany any of those instruments, or voice.

But since I'm singing without capella already in this chorus I'm in, I'd probably go with that.

So are we talking classic love songs, traditional tunes, light pop, jazz, original compositions? What's the musical vibe for you?

Hey. I figure, much as I have in life, that it doesn't matter what I don't have in other characteristics. If I lead with what I'm good at and with what I love, then the other stuff really isn't important. Of course, tht doesn't always work, but sometimes it does!

I'd have no problem staying vertical. Athleticism I can handle./ I may be fat, but I haven't forgotten how to move.

The problem is similar to a fully-loaded big rig on a steep mountain with sharp turns. At some point, the only way the truck can go is in a straight line and very, very fast.

I would be effective, though, on a crowded slope, where you'd need to make some space to ski.

I've never put myself on skis or a snowboard.

I have done the little sled disk thing. That was a lot of fun....

....until I started sliding backwards....

....then went airborne....

....over two small children who never suspected that death was screaming only a couple inches above their heads....

....and I skidded across bare pavement, still clutching the disk like it was my life's breath....

....and ended up upside-down and backwards in a snowbank - about a foot deep I reckon....

Since then, no more sliding on snow on purpose.

I'd like to say that I definitely have my 'Dream Man', but I don't believe there is a 'Mr. Perfect'. I wouldn't want him anyways... the whole too good to be true factor, ya know?

The guy I envision:

Tall, like 5'8"- 5'10". Perfect hugging height, I fit *just right* Fit build, but doesn't have to be muscle-y, I don't mind a little gut. I just don't want a guy skinnier than me. Dark hair, sexy eyes and smile. Strong hands that aren't afraid of a little hard labor. Likes to dress casual, jeans and tshirt.. but knows how to dress up for a night out. I like the rugged bad boy look, a lot. Combine that with the snowboarder look.. and I could melt. Has outdoor hobbies that he could do with the guys, but wouldn't mind me tagging along.. like snowboarding, rock climbing, 4-wheeling.. whatever. Likes a variety of music, can listen to rock alternative one day and turn around and listento country music without cringing. Have full lips, can kiss. Mmm.. yum. Knows how to fix stuff.. cars included.. and doesn't mind teaching me. Can put up with me during the cursed time of the month.. and can take me serious when I'm being moody, without really taking me serious. (Ya gotta just nod your head and trust me on this one.) Likes to go out and just *do* stuff, but also doesn't mind being at home and reading a book, or watching tv, or playing on lit. Oh yeah, has to like fish, and onions.
