I dont think anyone wasnt telling you not to explore...it is just that there are a lot of risks involved with doing something so extreme. Fisting isnt for a lot of people...it is natural to have a reaction like that to something you find unarousing. This isnt somethign you do with some guy you have been with a few months, or a screw buddy. Fisting is the ultimate, and you need to be very very careful. I dont think you would want to be rushed to the emergency room to have your perinium sewn shut after he was a little to frisky and tore you. Just be careful and have fun! Fisters perspective

It was just a year ago that my wife told me that she would like to be fisted, and would I help her please.

I am so sorry to see it considered by some to be an "extreme" sex act. I understand if it isn't someone's particular cup of tea as well. For those of you curious to try it, I think you should. I never set out to do it, didn't know it had a name, it just happened. It wasn't done roughly and I haven't had any children so if there are any women out there thinking they can't do it unless they are "stretched" already by childbirth think again! I have done it with men and women and as long as you aren't tense and they are gentle and have well clipped fingernails, there is a minimal risk of infection or damage. From personal experience I wouldn't recommend it be a planned thing, just something that happens. If you have 4 fingers in a well lubed vagina, and the owner of said vagina is moaning and writhing and loving it, you aren't far away from getting the rest of your hand in. You don't have to make a fist, especially if your hands are too big, you can just kind of make your hand into the shape of a duck's bill. For fisting,I would tell you to have your partner sit in front of you,try latex gloves and lots of lube. Use fingers from both hands,I've found that it's less painful for my partner and go slow. One thing is for sure you have to relax and let it happen.
